Recently, the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation issued the "Notice on the Implementation of the 2024 National Funded Postdoctoral Researchers Program (including Postdoctoral Innovative Talent Support Program) and postdoctoral research Performance Evaluation and Evaluation of funding applications", and the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. Funding standard and quantity

The state-owned assets program is divided into three grades, A, B and C, and the funding period is two years。其中，File A is the Post-Doctoral Innovative Talent Support Program (hereinafter referred to as the Boxin Program)，The subsidy standard is 280,000 yuan per person per year，In addition, each person will receive a one-time research grant of 80,000 yuan from China Postdoctoral Science Foundation，500 people to be funded by 2024;The subsidy standard for file B is $180,000 per person per year，Plan to support 1,000 people in 2024;The subsidy standard for document C is $120,000 per person per year，The number of donors shall be determined according to the annual budget。

2. Work arrangement

Applications for the 2024 state-owned Assets program will start on February 20. Applicants can enter the application system of the Overseas Students and Experts Service Center of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security (China Postdoctoral Science Foundation) website (www.chinapostdoctor.org.1)。Expert review will be organized in April and May。Among them, Boxin plan (state-owned assets Plan A file) conducted an expert communication review and an expert meeting review, state-owned assets plan B, C files conducted an expert communication review;The results will be announced according to the expert review。

3. Relevant requirements

(1) Please carefully read the application conditions and relevant requirements of Boxin Plan (State-owned assets Plan A file) and state-owned assets Plan B and C files, and determine the specific items to be declared。If the applicant meets the declaration conditions of Boxin Plan (State-owned assets Plan A file) and state-owned assets Plan B and C files at the same time, the applicant can declare at the same time。At the same time, the applicant must first log in the Boxin Plan (state-owned assets Plan A file) declaration system to select the specific project to declare，Completion of Bo new plan (State assets plan A file) declaration，Then click the prompt to jump to the state assets plan B, C file declaration system，Complete filing B and C (after the jump，Just modify and upload part of the declaration content in B and C files，No need to declare again)。

(2) The applicant can only apply for the state-owned capital plan (files A, B, C) once during the post-doctoral research of each station, and the post-doctoral researchers in the on-the-job status are not allowed to apply。The successful candidate is required to undertake full-time postdoctoral research at the postdoctoral station and transfer the personnel relationship (including personnel, salary relationship and personnel file) to the postdoctoral station。The selected personnel of the state-funded program who do not submit the application materials for post-doctoral research performance evaluation shall not go through the exit formalities。

(3) The funding funds of the State-owned Assets Program (documents A, B and C) shall be allocated by China Postdoctoral Science Foundation to the establishment unit in two phases on an annual basis, and the first phase shall be allocated in the year when the funding notice is issued, and the second phase shall be allocated in the following year。The subsidy period starts from the actual arrival time of the selected personnel。The research funding funds of China Postdoctoral Science Foundation supporting the Boxin Program (A file of the State-owned Investment Program) shall be allocated by China Postdoctoral Science Foundation to the establishment of the station。

(4) The establishment of the station unit to the state allocated postdoctoral daily funds to implement separate management, special funds, strict implementation of the relevant funding management measures, to ensure that the salary level of the selected personnel is not lower than the state-funded program funding standards。The research funding of China Postdoctoral Science Foundation shall be allocated in accordance with the scope of use stipulated in the Funding Regulations of China Postdoctoral Science Foundation。If the selected candidate leaves the station (or withdraws) earlier than 24 months or for other reasons, the remaining funding shall be returned to the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation。
